We were honored when Nate said that he could play the piano at our wedding. A talented musician and professional in every way, our wedding wasn’t just a job to Nate. He was truly part of the experience. Despite limited rehearsal opportunities, he meshed perfectly with our vocalists, and provided an excellent touch to our ceremony. He made our big day that much more special!

“We asked Nate to set up and manage the audio for our ceremony and the music for the reception. Our venue was challenging- a giant, open, windy field. He nailed it, he was totally self-sufficient and everything went off without a hitch. We would strongly recommend him for any sound/music needs!”

Planning a wedding is stressful, even if you’re throwing a small shindig for thirty people. The easiest part of planning my wedding was deciding who to hire to provide our soundtrack.
I’m privileged to know Nate from the community theater projects we’ve participated in together over the last several years. Nate is a consummate professional, with unparalleled musical skill. I knew that if we hired him for our wedding, there would be no need for me to worry one bit about how the music would go, and that peace of mind is priceless when you’re trying to create a day you can happily reflect on for the next several decades. He played our song for our first dance (even though no sheet music exists – I know, because I looked!) He played all of the swoony music from our youth, providing all of the details from my lingering teenage-girl wedding daydreams. Everything was perfect. He was even indulgent enough to play along with the impromptu karaoke session that broke out as the inevitable consequence of inviting theater friends to our wedding.
On a more personal level, I wanted to sing a song for my new husband during our reception. I’ve sung with a good number of accompanists before, but Nate is the only one I would trust with this on my wedding day, with no opportunity to rehearse ahead of time. I was a bundle of nerves and emotions, but knowing he was the one backing me up helped steady me.
Also, I highly recommend the Imperial March from Star Wars at the conclusion of your vows.
